Source Solutions are working with a trusted and reputable employer in Portsmouth, who work operate on the cutting edge, to recruit an ambitious CNC Setter Operator, on a permanent basis at their main site in Portsmouth, working a day shift Monday to Friday with a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop within the role – especially on the programming side.

The company uses Fanuc controls but previous experience in this is only beneficial and not essential.

The CNC Setter Operator, will be working on highly specialist CNC Lathes on which they will be trained and developed thoroughly. As such, it is not overly important which makes/models you have been working on in the past, most important to the role is the desire to learn and develop!

The department is already very well established and contains a large number of specialist CNC machines, however it continues to grow along with the wider business and as such offers further future opportunities, alongside the immediate chance to learn and develop from a very knowledgeable and experienced team.

CNC Setter Operator profile:

• Experience Setting and Operating CNC Lathes (ideally multi-axis)
• Driven nature with hunger to learn and develop
