This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled CNC Machinist seeking a secure, long-term career within a modern manufacturing environment. You'll be manufacturing high-precision components while working alongside a highly experienced engineering team in a clean, well-equipped facility.

Role Responsibilities
As a CNC Machinist, your responsibilities will include:
- Setting and operating CNC Mill/Turn machines using FANUC control systems.
- Producing precision-engineered components in line with engineering drawings and customer specifications.
- Carrying out tool changes, offset adjustments and machine set-ups.
- Inspecting your own work using standard measuring equipment to ensure components meet strict quality standards.
- Completing in-process inspection in line with SPC requirements.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
The Person
- Previous experience working as a CNC Machinist, CNC Setter/Operator or CNC Miller/Turner within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Experience setting and operating CNC Mill/Turn machines using FANUC controls.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and use standard inspection equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality precision components.
- Experience working with Nakamura machines or bar feed systems would be advantageous, although not essential.
- Aerospace or other high-precision manufacturing experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
