CNC Machinist

Start: Immediate
Hours: 06:30-15:00, Monday-Friday
Contract: Rolling Temporary

We're recruiting for a CNC Machinist - Milling or Turning to join a well-established manufacturing company in Ipswich.

This is a great opportunity for a machinist to join a busy manufacturing environment, with candidates who have relevant machining or engineering experience also considered.

Duties include: -

• Operating CNC milling or turning machinery
• Setting and adjusting machinery as required
• Reading and working from engineering drawings
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure components meet specifications
• Basic fault finding and machine adjustments
• Keeping the working area clean and organised
• Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines

To be considered, you should:

• Have previous CNC milling and/or turning experience
• Able to read engineering drawings
• Be confident working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
• Be reliable with a strong work ethic
