Your salary, benefits & hours of work

£32,000 to £40,000, depending on experience.

Annual bonus on top. Overtime available if you want to lift your earnings further.

6% employer pension. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the business closed over Christmas and New Year.

Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 4:30pm. Friday, 7:30am to 1:30pm.

What you'll do as the CNC Machinist

You'll work across CNC and conventional kit, holding tight tolerances and picking up programming skills as you go.

• Set and run CNC routers and flatbed machining centres to tight tolerances.
• Operate conventional lathes, mills and drills as required.
• Work from drawings and job specifications to achieve the right dimensions and finish.
• Inspect your own work throughout the process to maintain quality standards.
• Get involved in CNC programming as your skills develop.
