CNC Machinist
Location: Bradford Euroway BD4 6SG
Salary: £28,500 – £33,500 depending on experience plus bonus and benefits
Contract: Permanent, full time
Hours: 7am – 3pm (moving to 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm soon, shift allowance to be confirmed)

Cubed Talent is pleased to be working with a well established manufacturer based in Bradford, to recruit into multiple CNC machining positions. Our client is open to skills and experience levels - this is a great opportunity for someone with a small amount of CNC experience, to gain a permanent role where training and progression opportunities are on offer.

Skill levels and pay
Operator – £28,500: running CNC machines, loading and unloading parts, and carrying out basic quality checks
Setter – £30,500: setting and operating CNC machines, including tooling changes, offsets and first-off inspections
Programmer– £33,500: programming, setting and operating CNC machines, and supporting the wider team with programming and problem-solving

Key responsibilities

• Operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets
• Reading and working from engineering drawings
• Checking parts against specification using standard measuring equipment
• Setting and programming machines (depending on level)
• Keeping your work area clean, safe and organised
• Following health and safety and quality procedures at all times

What they're looking for

• Experience on any kind of CNC machine (lathe, mill, machining centre, router or similar)
• A good eye for detail and pride in the quality of your work
• A reliable, practical approach and willingness to learn
• No qualifications required
