CNC Mill/Turn Setter/Operator – Night Shift
Location: Tewkesbury
Salary: £17.00 - £17.80 per hour + 30% Night Shift Premium

An established precision engineering manufacturer based in Tewkesbury is looking to recruit an experienced CNC Mill/Turn Setter/Operator to join their night shift team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-quality aerospace manufacturing environment, producing precision components to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC Mill/Turn machines using FANUC controls
• Manufacture precision components to customer drawings and specifications
• Carry out self-inspection of completed work using drawing and SPC requirements
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and engineering workmanship
• Ensure your work area is maintained to excellent 5S standards

The Ideal Candidate

• Fully skilled CNC Mill/Turn Setter/Operator
• Completed a recognised apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Strong experience using FANUC control systems
• Previous experience within the aerospace manufacturing sector
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience with Nakamura machines with bar feed would be advantageous, but is not essential
