Do you have a background in CNC Milling, Setting, Programming, or similar? Are you looking for a role with an established precision engineering company offering training, paid overtime, and an early finish on Fridays, where you will work on high-precision components for industries including Formula 1, aerospace, medical, and nuclear?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established precision engineering business with over 25 years of experience manufacturing complex, high-quality components for specialist industries including aerospace, nuclear, motorsport, medical, and advanced technology. The company works with world-leading organisations, producing precision-machined components using modern CNC machinery and advanced inspection equipment.

In this role, you will set and operate 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC milling machines, working from engineering drawings to manufacture complex components to tight tolerances. You will carry out quality inspections using measuring equipment and CMMs, ensure components meet ISO 9001 standards, and support programming and improvements to machining processes where required.

This role would suit a CNC Miller, CNC Setter, CNC Machinist, or similar with experience working on multi-axis machinery, looking for a Monday to Friday role offering paid overtime, training, and an early finish on Fridays.

The Role:

• Setting and operating 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Manufacturing precision components, quality inspections, and CMM checks
• 37-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Fridays and paid overtime

The Person:

• CNC Miller, CNC Setter, CNC Machinist, or similar
• Experience with multi-axis CNC milling and engineering drawings; programming experience advantageous
• Commutable to Abingdon
