Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking for a new role? This is a great opportunity to join a leading supplier of machined parts to global Aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 customers.

The Role:  

This role involves the set up and operation of CNC milling machines. You’ll ensure the production of high-quality parts that meet industry standards and specifications. Responsibilities include:

  • Setting and operating of CNC Milling machines
  • Installing workpieces, fixtures, and cutting tools
  • Production of high-quality detail parts
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Adherence to health and safety protocols
  • Adherence to specifications and quality standards

The Candidate:

  • Experienced CNC setter operator
  • Knowledge of Heidenhain & Fanuc controls
  • Ability to set work shifts including 4th axis and Trunions
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Ability to resolve common CNC machine issues (tooling problems, etc)
  • Experience using measuring equipment
  • Understanding of Geometric dimensions and tolerances

The Benefits:

  • £20.40 per hour including shift allowance, £39,249.60 per year
  • Double days, Monday to Thursday 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm, Fridays 6am – 11am, 11am – 4pm
