A successful manufacture of precision engineered components are looking for an experienced CNC 5 Axis Miller / Offline Programmer to join their team. The company produce one offs & small batch work parts for the Aerospace, F1, Automotive Industries. 

CNC 5 Axis Miller / Offline Programmer - Role 
The company are looking for an experienced CNC 5 Axis Miller / Offline Programmer to program, set their CNC 5 Axis mills.

CNC 5 Axis Miller / Offline Programmer - Duties 

  • To program, set and operate CNC 5 Axis Mills via Heidenhain controls & Offline via EdgeCam, however training given if worked via other software
  • Machining to tight tolerances and ensuring quality.

Requirements 

  • Experienced CNC 5 Axis Miller, Programmer, Setter Operator.
  • Experienced using Heidenhain controls. 
  • Offline via EdgeCaml (Training given for right candidate)
  • Experience machining to tight tolerances - One offs, Small batchwork

 
Hours 
Days Available - 
Monday - Thursday - 07.30pm - 16.00am
Friday - 07.30pm - 12.00pm

Salary and Benefits 
£20.00 - £24.00 Per Hour
Overtime at time and a half
