The Role

You will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines using Heidenhain controls, producing precision components to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Programming CNC milling machines using Heidenhain controls (online/offline)
• Setting and operating 3/4/5-axis  CNC mills
• Interpreting engineering drawings and producing components to tight tolerances
• Selecting appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds
• Conducting in-process inspection using measuring equipment
• Problem-solving and making programme adjustments to optimise efficiency
• Working independently while maintaining high quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller / Programmer
• Strong knowledge of Heidenhain controls
• Ability to programme from scratch
• Experience working within a precision engineering environment
• Confident reading technical drawings
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach
