We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller – Programmer/Setter/Operator to join a bespoke precision engineering company in Dartford, working across 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines
The Role
- Programme, set and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines
- Interpret engineering drawings, including geometric dimensions and tolerances
- Machine precision components to specification
- Use a wide range of measuring equipment
- Select and use appropriate cutting tools
- Heidenhain control experience preferred
About You
- Previous CNC milling experience (3+ years)
- Strong setting, operating and programming skills
- Able to read and understand engineering drawings
- Good knowledge of cutting tools and inspection equipment
- Positive, organised and reliable approach
- Safety conscious and able to work to company procedures
