T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of a Global client based in Coalville for a CNC Miller.

As a CNC Miller you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC Milling machines which include Heidenhain, Siemens and Accurite.  Experience with all three control panels is advantageous however training can be given dependent on experience.

CNC Miller Job Details & Benefits;

  • 40 hours per week worked flexibly between 6am-4.30pm Monday-Thursday with an early finish at 12pm-12.30pm on a Friday
  • £19 per hour – depending on experience

CNC Miller Job Details;

The CNC Miller will play an integral role within the Machine Engineering team, manufacturing precision components to specification while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. The role involves working with a variety of CNC machines and control systems, problem-solving machining challenges, and contributing to continuous improvement within the machining function.

CNC Miller Person Specification;

  • Experienced CNC milling experience is essential
  • Ability to work independently on complex components while also contributing effectively within a team environment
  • Must be able to manufacture components using 3-axis machining techniques
  • Must have a strong problem-solving capability and proactive mindset
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills supporting collaborative working
  • High level of organisation, time management, and reliability
