CNC Miller / CNC Machinist – Elumatec Experience

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller / CNC Machinist with hands-on Elumatec machine experience to join our growing production team.
You will be responsible for setting, operating and monitoring Elumatec CNC machinery to manufacture accurate, high-quality components. This position would suit a reliable machinist who takes pride in their work and can maintain excellent standards of quality, safety and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Elumatec CNC milling and machining equipment
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and production specifications
- Load programs, select tooling and adjust machine settings
- Machine aluminium profiles and components to the required tolerances
- Inspect finished parts using appropriate measuring equipment
- Identify and resolve machining or quality issues
- Complete routine machine checks and basic maintenance
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Keep the work area clean, organised and safe
- Work closely with production, engineering and quality teams
Requirements
- Previous experience operating Elumatec CNC machinery
- CNC milling or machining experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand tolerances
- Confident using measuring and inspection equipment
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong awareness of workplace health and safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and willing to support production requirements
Experience machining aluminium profiles for windows, doors, curtain walling, façades or similar products would be advantageous.
