Salary: £14.25 per hour, rising to £15.00 after probation
Hours: Monday–Friday, rotating 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm
Contract: Temp-to-perm, full-time

Join a growing manufacturing team where you’ll operate CNC routing machinery, produce high-quality components and play a key role in keeping production running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and set CNC routing machinery
- Read technical drawings and CAD files
- Load materials and monitor production
- Carry out measurements and quality checks
- Complete production paperwork accurately
- Perform basic maintenance and tooling changes
- Work safely and meet production deadlines
- CNC router or similar CNC experience
- Manufacturing or fabrication background
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Experience using Vernier calipers and similar measuring equipment
- Good attention to detail and quality
- Basic machine maintenance and fault-finding knowledge
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Composite materials experience and FLT licence would be advantageous
