Salary: £33,376 - £40,677 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with regular paid overtime available
Are you a CNC Programmer who enjoys creating programmes from scratch, solving machining challenges and seeing your work make a real difference?

You'll be working with modern CNC milling machinery, producing high-quality precision components for a varied workload in a clean, organised and professional workshop.

What you'll be doing
  • Programming CNC milling machines using G & M Code, Fusion 360 and/or Heidenhain software.
  • Creating and editing programmes to manufacture precision-engineered components.
  • Setting and operating Haas, Fanuc and Heidenhain CNC milling machines.
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to produce components to tight tolerances.
  • Inspecting your own work to ensure the highest quality standards are achieved.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve machining efficiency, cycle times and production processes.
  • Maintaining a safe, organised and professional workshop environment.
What we're looking forWe're looking for someone who enjoys the technical side of CNC programming and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Ideally you'll have:
  • Experience programming CNC milling machines from engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of G & M Code, Fusion 360 and/or Heidenhain programming.
  • Experience setting and operating Haas, Fanuc and/or Heidenhain controlled machines.
  • The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
  • A strong understanding of machining processes and precision engineering.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality components.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
