CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator

Job Description:

Our well-established engineering client based in Dudley is currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator to join their growing manufacturing team on a permanent night shift.

The Role

• Programming, setting and operating CNC machinery.
• Working on either CNC Lathes or CNC Milling machines.
• Producing high-quality precision components to engineering drawings.
• Carrying out first-off inspections and making adjustments where required.
• Maintaining quality standards and ensuring components meet specification.
• Working efficiently to production targets while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience programming and setting CNC machines is essential.
• Experience with either CNC Lathes or CNC Milling machines.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

What's on Offer

• Permanent night shift: 2:30pm – 1:00am, Monday to Thursday
• Competitive pay of £19.00 - £20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
