CNC Turner – Dudley Area
We are recruiting on behalf of an established engineering company based in the Dudley area for an experienced CNC Turner to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, set, and operate 2-axis CNC lathes using Fanuc controls.
- Create and edit G-code/M-code programs.
- Read engineering drawings, CAD models, and process sheets.
- Set tooling, fixtures, offsets, and datums.
- Prove out programs and complete first-off inspections.
- Optimise programs for quality, efficiency, and tool life.
Skills & Experience
- Experience with 2-axis CNC lathes.
- Strong Fanuc, G-code, and M-code knowledge.
- Able to read engineering drawings and CAD models.
- Experience with inspection equipment and quality standards.
