Role: CNC Sales Engineer

Location: Leeds

Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience

My client is looking for a CNC Sales Engineer to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in CNC machinery, manufacturing processes, and customer-facing technical sales.

The CNC Sales Engineer will act as the key link between the technical solutions and the customers' manufacturing needs. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and providing expert guidance on CNC machine tools and machining solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify sales opportunities within the CNC machining and manufacturing sector
• Provide technical advice on CNC machines, tooling, and automation solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and site visits
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations
• Work closely with engineering and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve and exceed sales targets

Skills and experience:

• Proven experience in CNC machining, engineering, or technical sales
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Full UK driving licence
