Morgan Advanced Materials is looking for an experienced CNC Setter / Operator to join our growing manufacturing team in Stourport-on-Severn.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global engineering and advanced materials business, working with high-performance ceramic products used across a range of specialist industries.

Key responsibilities:

• Set and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components

• Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications

• Program and adjust CNC machines as required, ideally using Fanuc controls

• Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards and tolerances are achieved

• Carry out routine machine maintenance and report any faults

• Complete production and quality documentation

• Maintain a safe and organised working environment

What we're looking for:

• Previous CNC setting and operating experience

• Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards

• Manufacturing or engineering qualifications would be advantageous • Forklift licence would be beneficial but not essential

• Experience within ceramics or precision manufacturing environments would be advantageous
