We need the candidate to have a strong mechanical knowledge. This role requires precision and attention to detail, as you will be responsible for fabricating components and ensuring they meet the required specifications

The Job

• Setting, operating and programming CNC milling machines using the Fanuc control system (This machine also used Cimco CADCam or Fusion software for programming.)

• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy in fabrication
• Self-inspect work
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and quality

About you

• Must have proven experience of setting, operating and programming CNC milling machines using the Fanuc control system (This machine also used Cimco CADCam or Fusion software for programming.)
• Be able to work to customer issued drawings and specifications to produce medium to heavy workpieces.
• Have the ability to self-inspect.
• Be willing to work overtime when needed.
