A successful manufacture of precision nuts and bolts are looking for an experienced CNC Turner, Setter, Operator to join their team. The company produce large batch work parts for the Automotive industries. 

CNC Turner, Setter, Operator - Role 
The company are looking for an experienced CNC Turner to set and operate their CNC lathes (Doosans).

CNC Turner, Setter, Operator - Duties 

  • To set and operate CNC Lathes (Doosans) via Fanuc controls. 
  • Machining large batch nuts and bolts, sizes - material is between Ø30-50mm steel and ensuring quality.

Requirements 

  • Experienced CNC Turner, Setter Operator.
  • Experienced using Fanuc controls. 
  • Experience machining to tolerances - Large batch work (Repeat contracted stuff)

 
Hours 
Normal Days Available - 
Monday - Thursday - 8.00am - 16.30pm
Friday - 08.00am - 12.00pm

Salary -
£34,000 - £36,000 Per Year
