Due to our fast-growing business, we have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled CNC Turner Programmer/Setter to join our team. We are looking for a talented professional with experience in multi-change set-ups, tight tolerances, and full component production from start to finish


The Company 
A successful manufacture of precision engineered components are looking for an experienced CNC Turner, Programmer, Setter to join their team. The company produce batch work parts for the Aerospace, Oil & Gas industries. 
 
Role - 
The company are looking for an experienced CNC Turner to program, set their CNC Lathes via Fanuc controls

Duties -
Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings with precision. 

  • Program and set CNC multi-axis Fanuc lathes efficiently and accurately. 
  • Consistently produce high-quality components to exact specifications. 
  • Use CAD software (experience preferred but not essential). 
  • Follow verbal instructions and route cards to ensure smooth workflow. 
  • Continuously evaluate and improve current working processes and procedures to maintain efficiency and quality

Requirements -

Strong communicator – both verbal and written. 

  • Industrious and detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset. 
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. 
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills. 
  • Takes ownership of work with a high level of accountability. 
  • Professional, polite, and well-mannered.

Monday - Thursday - 8.00 am - 16.30 pm / Early finish on Fridays
