CNC Turner (Programmer / Setter / Operator) - AFTERNOONS

Are you an experienced CNC machinist looking for an afternoon shift with an early Friday finish? We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator to join a busy, well-established precision engineering environment in Redditch.

In this role, you will be working primarily with CNC Turning machinery utilizing Fanuc controls to produce high-quality machined components.

Key Details & Benefits

  • Pay Rate: £19.00 per hour

  • Shift Allowance: Plus a 20% shift uplift

  • Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, with an early finish on Fridays.

  • Location: Redditch

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience programming, setting, and operating CNC turning machines.

  • Strong working knowledge of Fanuc control systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

  • A proactive approach to quality control and maintaining high standards of precision.
