We're seeking a dedicated professional to program, set, and operate CNC lathes and mills, ensuring high-quality results that meet exacting standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, this opportunity is for you.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in CNC programming, setting, and operation
- Experience with Fanuc controls preferred
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and machining various metals
- Ability to produce accurate, high-quality components and work within tight tolerances
- Knowledge of jig and fixture making
- Competency in reading and interpreting CAD/CAM files (beneficial)
- Capable of troubleshooting and adjusting programs to meet quality and production goals
Nice to Have Skills:
- Aerospace sector experience
- Familiarity with manual machines
- Additional CAD/CAM programming skills
Other Requirements:
- Commitment to quality standards per AS 9100
- Ability to meet production schedules and optimize cycle times
- Willingness to work within a team that values excellence
