Operating from a fully air-conditioned, 24/7 manufacturing facility, they produce complex precision components for sectors including Aerospace, Defence, and Formula One, working to AS9100 standards.
If you're a skilled CNC Turner who can comfortably program, set up and take ownership of complex jobs, this is the type of environment where you'll genuinely continue developing your career.
The Role
You'll be programming, setting and operating a variety of modern CNC turning centres, producing high precision components from prototype through to production.
This isn't simply loading parts. You'll be trained then trusted to take ownership of jobs from start to finish.
Machines include
- Multi-Axis CNC Turning Centres
- Twin Spindle Lathes
- Sub-Spindle Machines
- Mill-Turn Centres
- Horizontal & Vertical Turning Centres
You'll machine an impressive range of materials including: Every day is different, with it mainly being prototype / low batch work.
What they're looking for
✔ CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator on at least any of the following machines
- Multi-Axis lathes
- Twin Spindle lathes
- Sub Spindle lathes
- Mill Turn centres
Live Tooling, Fanuc Controls and long hand programming would be advantageous Other controls considered if you're willing to learn.

Working Hours
- 40 hours over Monday–Thursday
- Flexible start between approximately 3pm and 6pm, finishing around 1am–4am depending on agreed shift.
Salary
- Highly competitive hourly rate
- Generous night shift premium
- Overtime paid at 1.5x
- Basic salary up to £75,000
