As a CNC Turner, your responsibilities will include:

• Programme, set and operate CNC turning machines using Fanuc controls to produce precision components
• Work from engineering drawings and specifications to tight tolerances
• Carry out in-process and first-off inspections to maintain quality standards
• Make programme adjustments and offsets to keep components within drawing limits
• Maintain a safe, organised working environment in line with company procedures

As a CNC Turner, your experience will include:

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner in a precision engineering or subcontract environment
• Confident programming, setting and operating CNC turning equipment using Fanuc controls
• Good understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
• Experience machining a variety of metals
• Working knowledge of ISO9001 quality environments an advantage
