The Company
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established precision engineering and filtration manufacturer based in Segensworth, Hampshire. Operating within a highly regulated and quality-focused environment, they are looking for experienced CNC Turner Setter/Operators to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role
- Setting and operating Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes to produce precision-engineered components
- Working to engineering drawings and specifications to tight tolerances
- Carrying out machine setups, tool changes, and in-process quality inspection
- Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping
- Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
The Candidate
Essential:
- Proven track record in CNC lathe setting — this is a must
- Fanuc control experience
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable and able to work in a regulated manufacturing environment
Desirable:
- CNC programming capability on Fanuc controls
