CNC Turner Setter/Operator – Night Shift

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established precision engineering manufacturer in Bradford for an experienced CNC Turner Setter/Operator to join their growing night shift team. The Role

As a CNC Turner Setter/Operator, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC lathes, ensuring parts are produced accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC turning machines.
• Manufacture precision components to engineering drawings.
• Carry out in-process inspection using micrometers, verniers, and gauges.
• Make tool and offset adjustments as required.
• Maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience setting and operating CNC turning machines.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience working to tight tolerances.
• Competent using precision measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Reliable with a good work ethic.
