Collide Technical are working with a well-established precision engineering company based in Ferndown is looking to recruit an experienced CNC Turner (Setter/Operator) to join their growing team.

The Role
You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality precision components, working from engineering drawings with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting and operating CNC turning machines
- Producing components to tight tolerances
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Carrying out in-process inspection using standard measuring equipment
- Managing your own workload and ensuring production deadlines are met
- Maintaining a high standard of quality and housekeeping

- Proven experience as a CNC Turner (Setter/Operator)
- Strong understanding of machining principles and tolerances
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience within a precision engineering environment
