CNC Turner - Morning Shift

We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner to join a well-established and busy manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous CNC turning experience looking for ongoing work with an immediate start.

Shift:

• Morning Shift

• Early finish on Fridays (where applicable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC turning machines to produce precision-engineered components.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• Produce high-quality components to tight tolerances.

• Carry out in-process and final quality inspections using measuring equipment such as micrometers, verniers and gauges.

• Make minor machine adjustments where required to maintain quality standards.

• Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately and within production deadlines.

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience setting and operating CNC turning machines.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Experience using measuring equipment for quality inspection.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.
