We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner Setter/Operator to join a well-established engineering company in Leicester.

This is a permanent, full-time role working either days or nights, with a strong hourly rate, a 4-day week, and long-term stability in a busy manufacturing environment.

If you have experience setting and operating CNC lathes, this could be a great opportunity.

The Role:

• Setting and operating CNC turning machines
• Producing parts to drawing and required tolerances
• Making offsets and basic adjustments
• Inspecting parts using measuring equipment
• Working to quality and production targets
• Keeping your area clean, safe, and organised

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a CNC Turner Setter/Operator
• Ability to set and operate CNC lathes
• Able to read engineering drawings
• Experience using measuring equipment
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and hard-working attitude
• Experience with Mazak Quick Turn lathes would be an advantage

Hours:

Day Shift
Monday to Thursday
07:00 – 17:15

Night Shift
Monday to Thursday
18:00 – 06:00

Pay:

• £15.00 per hour
• £2.00 per hour night shift allowance
