Location: Bristol to Midlands

Salary: £34,000 – £36,000 per annum + bonus

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Coffee Engineer to join our growing technical team, covering customers across the Bristol to Midlands region.

This is a field-based role focused on the installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of domestic coffee machines. You’ll visit customer sites to diagnose faults, carry out repairs and ensure machines are performing to the highest standard.

What You'll Be Doing

Install, service and repair domestic coffee machines.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical and technical faults.

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance.

Attend customer sites across the Bristol to Midlands territory.

Test and commission machines following repairs and servicing.

Replace components and carry out adjustments where required.

Complete accurate service reports and job documentation.

Provide professional technical support and advice to customers.

Identify recurring issues and recommend effective solutions.

Manage your daily workload and appointments efficiently.

Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally and to a high standard.

About You

We’re looking for someone with strong practical and technical ability who enjoys working independently in a customer-facing environment.

You’ll ideally have:

Previous experience as a Coffee Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Domestic Appliance Engineer or similar.

Experience working with coffee machines or other small domestic appliances.

Good mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.

A practical and methodical approach to diagnosing problems.

Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

A professional and approachable manner when dealing with customers.

A full, valid UK driving licence.

Experience with premium domestic coffee machines would be advantageous, although training can be provided for the right candidate.

What We Offer

£34,000 – £36,000 salary, depending on experience.

Monday to Friday working pattern.
