Talent Guardian are delighted to be recruiting for a Cold-Store Picker Operative for our client based in Redditch, Worcestershire.
 
Cold-Store Picker Operative experience is essential. 
Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00pm - 8:45pm
Pay: £13 per hour
Contract: 12-week Temp-to-Perm

The Role
As a Cold Store Picker, your responsibilities will include:
  • Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Working within a very chilled warehouse environment
  • Preparing products for dispatch
  • Checking products and quantities against orders
  • Maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity
  • Following all health & safety and site procedures
  • Keeping your working area clean and organised
  • Working as part of the wider warehouse team to meet daily targets
What We're Looking For
We are looking for candidates who:
  • Have previous cold store or chilled warehouse experience
  • Are comfortable working for extended periods in very cold temperatures
  • Have previous picking/warehouse experience
  • Are reliable, punctual and hardworking
  • Can work effectively as part of a team
  • Are available Monday to Friday, 12:00pm-8:45pm
  • Are looking for a long-term opportunity
