Package & Benefits

• Salary of £30,000 to £32,000 per annum.
• 24 days' holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days after one year's service.

Key Responsibilities for the Collections Account Manager:

• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, providing proactive support from initial contact through to resolution.
• Assessing accounts in arrears and recommend commercially appropriate solutions while balancing customer outcomes and business objectives.
• Building strong relationships with customers and third-party suppliers to achieve prompt and effective resolutions.
• Managing more complex accounts through to receivership as your experience develops.

About You

• Previous experience in collections, account management client relationship manager or similar.
• Strong IT skills with GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
• Able to manage multiple customer accounts while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent service.
