Collections Advisor

Following an exciting new contract win, our client is expanding their team and looking for multiple Collections Executives to join them.

Collections Executive Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to discuss outstanding balances and agree suitable payment solutions.
• Deliver a professional and supportive service, balancing individual customer circumstances with business objectives.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve account queries efficiently and professionally.
• Take secure payments over the phone, following the correct procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring all conversations, payments and agreed actions are clearly documented.

Collections Executive Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in an outbound phone-based customer service or collections role
• A proven track record of delivering first-class customer service
• Confident using Microsoft Office and updating a CRM and internal systems
• Comfortable handling customer conversations over the phone in a clear, professional, and confident manner
• A strong communicator who can quickly build rapport with a wide range of customers
• Be positive, with a solutions-focused approach and the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally
