Salary: £14.25 - £15.50 per hour

This is a fantastic part-time opportunity to support students aged 16+ by encouraging engagement, promoting positive behaviour, and helping learners reach their goals in an inclusive educational setting.

✅ What you'll need:

• Previous experience working with young people in an education or similar setting
• Confidence managing behaviour in a classroom environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to engage, motivate and support learners aged 16+
• A positive, reliable and flexible approach to work
• A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
