We are looking for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join their buoyant and professional office on a full-time, permanent basis. Salary is up to £40,000 DOE, alongside excellent benefits, flexible working, and full autonomy in your role.

This is the perfect role for someone with proven experience in the commercial insurance mid-corporate market who is ready for an exciting new challenge.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing service delivery to commercial insurance clients, working closely with Directors

• Processing new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments

• Handling client queries efficiently and professionally

• Maintaining strong relationships with both customers and suppliers

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in commercial insurance – mid-corporate market

• Clear, friendly, and confident communication skills

• Outstanding customer service skills

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• A flexible, proactive, and achievement-driven approach

• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
