Job Overview: Working closely with the wider Commercial Team, you will play an important part in ensuring we deliver the highest standard of service to our customers, meeting their needs while supporting the achievement of our business objectives.
The role will primarily focus on processing subcontractor and warranty invoices, as well as raising invoices for our clients. In addition, you will provide administrative support to the Commercial Team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our commercial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paying purchase invoices from suppliers, subcontractors and warranty holders and challenging charges where necessary.
- Managing orders – cancelling and amending live orders.
- Invoicing of multiple clients to hit KPIs.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues (office and field engineers) to gain a full understanding of work carried out.
- Reading through job notes and engineer worksheets to accurately charge the customer for the correct works.
- Liaising with clients in a professional manner, by email and phone, where necessary.
- Work closely with the rest of your team, supported by management, to ensure the monthly financial target is met.
- Matching invoices accurately to any external client portals/forms.
Experience Required:
- Methodical, highly organised, and disciplined.
- Ability to work within deadlines.
- A good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Outlook is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Data entry with strong attention to detail.
- Adaptable and easily navigate changes in process.
- Eager to learn and utilise multiple processes.
