They deliver high-quality refurbishment and construction services across commercial, residential, and public-sector projects. From full building renovations to modern interior fit-outs, they manage every stage- design, planning, and construction- to transform spaces efficiently and sustainably.
They are now looking for a Commercial Assistant / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a full time, permanent bases ate their office in Brentwood, Essex.
💼 Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
📅 Start Date: Within a few weeks of a successful interview

The Role
You’ll support the commercial team with a strong focus on:
- Procurement and tendering processes
- Scope analysis and take-offs
- Negotiating with subcontractors
- Assisting in cost management across projects
Ideal Experience
- 6 months – 2 years’ experience on the contracting side
- Experience attending site visits at tender stage (preferred but not essential)
The Ideal Candidate
- Keen to be part of a small, highly coordinated team
- Eager to develop a broad understanding of construction and commercial processes
- Motivated to grow skills in procurement, tendering, and project delivery
