Commercial Contracts Manager & Legal Advisor

Location: Manchester, Stockport, Sheffield, Stoke-on-Trent, Chesterfield

The Role:

Take ownership of the full contractual lifecycle for engineered projects, from reviewing NDAs and negotiating contracts through to project governance, claims management and dispute resolution. You'll provide commercial and non-contentious legal support, helping secure commercially sound agreements while managing contractual risk and supporting successful project delivery.

Requirements:

· At least 5 years' experience drafting and negotiating complex project agreements

· Strong knowledge of liability, indemnities, warranties, liquidated damages, insurance and performance security

· Confident negotiator with strong commercial judgement

· Degree in Law or Quantity Surveying

The Package:

· £60,000-£70,000 basic salary

· Company car or car allowance

· 27 days' annual leave plus public holidays
