An established and highly respected building services contractor is looking to expand its Commercial Gas team due to continued growth across its long-term maintenance frameworks.

The role
- Service, maintenance and fault finding on commercial gas and burner equipment
- Planned and reactive maintenance across social housing and building services contracts
- Covering South London and the Home Counties
- Participation in a 1-in-6 call-out rota
- Delivering high standards of workmanship, safety and customer service
- Commercial Gas ACS qualifications (COCN1/CODNCO1, CIGA1 and relevant commercial modules)
- Proven experience servicing and fault-finding on commercial boilers and burners
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous experience within social housing, facilities management or building services is advantageous
