Pay: £50,000–£57,000 per year (DOE)

Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a well-established building services contractor covering London and the Home Counties . You will be responsible for:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
• Reactive maintenance and breakdown repairs
• Fault finding and diagnostics
• Servicing commercial gas appliances
• Minor installation and remedial works
• Working across a variety of commercial buildings including offices, healthcare, education, hospitality, retail, and public sector sites

Applicants must have:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Commercial Gas experience
• CCN1
• CPA1
• CENWAT
• CODNCO1
• CIGA1
• ICPN1
• TPCP1A

• £50,000–£57,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
• Company van
• 1 in 8 call-out rota

This is a mobile position covering London and the Home Counties , with approximately 95% of work based within London . You'll be working across a varied portfolio of commercial maintenance contracts, carrying out servicing, repairs, and planned maintenance while delivering a high standard of customer service.
