Commercial Gas Engineer

You will be required to carry out PPMs, reactive maintenance, and minor installation work.
MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Commercial mechanical PPMs and reactive property maintenance.
- Carry out repairs and rectification of faults and or minor works as required to return assets to service and or provide a clear understanding as to the requirements to do so via Mobile PDA.
- Carry out installations, asset replacements under minor works as required
- Review all service and report documentation for accuracy prior to onward issue.
- Ensure all works are completed on time in line with legal statutory requirements and company procedures ensuring key concerns are communicated in a timely fashion.
- Liaise with supervisor as and when required during the co-ordination of planned and reactive activities to ensure smart planning is achieved to reduce downtime and increase productivity
Monday - Friday: 8AM-4PM
Pay: £400 per day CIS
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Time served apprenticeship - Commercial and Domestic gas certs.
- Domestic to Commercial Heating (CODNCO1)
- Core Domestic Gas Safety (CCN1)
- LPG gas safety qualification
- IPAF
- Full UK driving licence.
