My client, a sub-contract HVAC Engineering specialist are recruiting for a Senior Gas Engineer with Supervisory experience with both Commercial & Domestic Gas Tickets or experience. You will be based around the North and West London areas as well as some work in Hertfordshire covering their mixed commercial portfolio. This is a permanent full-time role, with a clear career path and fast track into management. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

• The role is to assist the Operations Director with regards to Combustion servicing and remedial works across London & Northern Home Counties.
• Working mainly in large residential blocks, commercial offices and schools providing commercial gas boiler maintenance, repairs and minor installation works.
• The vast majority of works will be within plant rooms with all associated equipment; hence a working knowledge of heating distribution and ventilation systems is essential.
• Routine mechanical maintenance of associated plant items such as pumps, heat exchangers, pressure vessels and valves will also form part of the role.
• This will include the servicing of Combustion Appliances and associated plant together with the production information for quotations for extra works.
• Produce conditional and dilapidation reports, as requested.
• Ensure standard of work is of a high level and complaint to relevant combustion regulations and company policies.
• Responsibilities will also include being a member of the On-call Rota for the region.
