CKB Recruitment are delighted to be working with an ambitious and rapidly expanding insurance broking group who are looking to appoint a Commercial Broker, to come in to manage leads that come in to the business from Haulage based clients.
Based in prestigious offices within The Gherkin in London, our client offers genuine flexibility. Whether you prefer to work fully remotely, on a hybrid basis, or spend time in the London office, they are happy to accommodate the right individual.

The RoleAs a Broker, you'll be responsible for developing and growing a book of commercial insurance Haulage clients, dealing with inbound leads/enquiries and providing exceptional advice and service throughout the client journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Understanding clients' insurance requirements and advising on appropriate solutions
- Negotiating with insurers to secure competitive terms and cover
- Managing renewals and identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts
- Delivering an exceptional client experience at every stage
We're keen to speak with ambitious insurance professionals who have experience dealing with Haulage clients/risks.
To be considered, you'll ideally have:
- At least 2 years' experience within commercial insurance broking handling Haulage clients.
- A proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- The drive and ambition to build a successful Haulage portfolio
Cert CII or other professional insurance qualifications would be advantageous, but are by no means essential.
