We’re recruiting for an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join a well-established and growing Building Services business.

This is a mobile role covering Glasgow and the wider Central Belt, carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across a varied portfolio of commercial properties.

The Role

🔧 Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
🔧 Reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs
🔧 Fault finding and remedial works
🔧 Maintenance of hot and cold water systems
🔧 Pipework, sanitaryware, taps, toilets and associated plumbing systems
🔧 Minor installations and replacement works
🤝 Liaising directly with clients and site contacts
📝 Completing job sheets and service documentation
🚐 Managing your own workload across a mobile commercial portfolio

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experienced Commercial / Maintenance Plumber
✅ Strong commercial maintenance experience
✅ FM or Building Services background advantageous
✅ Relevant plumbing qualifications
✅ Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
✅ Professional and customer-focused approach
✅ Full UK Driving Licence
