Commercial Manager

Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with a leading utilities and civil’s business who are looking to appoint a strong Commercial Manager
As Commercial Manager you will have extensive experience in the utilities and civil engineering sectors, supported by a strong Quantity Surveying background and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex infrastructure, Utilities and construction projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

•  Skilled in commercial management, contract administration, cost control, procurement, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across the full project lifecycle.
•   Experienced in leading high-performing commercial and operational teams.
•   Driving project performance, 
•   Maximising profitability and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. 
•   Adept at managing client relationships, 
•   Commercial contract Management 
•   Overseeing budgets,
•   Implementing commercial strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency.
