Our client is a respected nationwide main contractor delivering a diverse range of construction projects across the UK. Known for quality, innovation and successful project delivery, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead and strengthen their commercial function. 

The Role
Reporting to senior leadership, the Commercial Manager will take responsibility for the commercial performance of multiple projects, ensuring profitability, contractual compliance and effective risk management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the commercial team.
  • Oversee project budgets, forecasts and reporting.
  • Manage contractual matters and client negotiations.
  • Ensure procurement strategies are effectively implemented.
  • Monitor project profitability and commercial performance.
  • Identify and mitigate commercial risks.
  • Support strategic business growth initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Manager within the construction industry.
  • Strong contractual and commercial knowledge.
  • Experience managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Strong financial and analytical capabilities.
Package
  • £85,000 - £100,000 Basic Salary
