We're recruiting on behalf of an established engineering and construction business looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial delivery of a range of construction projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong NEC3/NEC4 contract experience who enjoys taking ownership of project finances, commercial performance and contractual compliance.
What you'll be doing as Commercial Manager
- Managing the commercial aspects of multiple construction projects.
- Administering NEC3/NEC4 contracts, including Compensation Events, Early Warning Notices and final accounts.
- Monitoring project costs, budgets, forecasts and commercial risk.
- Supporting tenders, procurement and contract negotiations.
- Producing commercial reports and working closely with operational teams and clients.
What we're looking for as Commercial Manager
- Previous experience as a Commercial Manager, Senior Quantity Surveyor or similar.
- Strong NEC3/NEC4 contract knowledge.
- Excellent commercial, financial and negotiation skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar is desirable.
What's on circa £60,000 - £70,000 DOE
