Commercial Manager – Rail Auditing in Central London

Conrad Consulting is seeking a Commercial Manager to support a rail project, with a particular focus on commercial verification and auditing activities based at Euston.

This opportunity will suit a commercially experienced professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to review project information, assess compliance and identify commercial issues.

The Role

Responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking commercial audits and reviews.
• Reviewing project costs, contractual information and supporting documentation.
• Identifying discrepancies, risks and areas requiring further investigation.
• Assessing commercial information against contractual and project requirements.
• Preparing findings, reports and recommendations.
• Liaising with project stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Supporting effective commercial governance and assurance.

About You

You will have:

• Commercial management or quantity surveying experience.
• Experience in rail, construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong auditing, analytical and reporting skills.
• A good understanding of commercial controls and contract administration.
• Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder communication skills.
